Saint Olaf Welcomes people of all ages!

THANK YOU FOR TAKING YOUR FAMILY TO MASS! We are so glad you are here a t Saint Olaf within our parish community.

God put the wiggle in children. Don't feel you have to suppress it in God's house. Please sit towards the front where it is easier for your children to see and hear what is going on at the altar. Quietly explain the parts of the Mass to your children. Sing, pray, and follow along with the liturgical books with your family. Children learn best by your tender, loving, and consistent example. Your children are actively learning how and why we worship. You as parents are doing the hard, holy, important, and necessary work of raising future Saints.

If you must leave mass with your child, please use the cry room as a safe place to calm your child and then PLEASE COME BACK. Let your child know they have a place in God's house.

The presence of children is a gift to the Church and a reminder that our faith is alive and growing! Please welcome all our children and anyone with special needs by giving a warm smile of encouragement.

Please do not sit in the cry room unless you have a child in need of calm and quiet. Please sit as a community in the presence of God and each other in our church. If you arrive after mass has started, please come into the church to find a seat. Please leave the space and seats in the cry room for parents calming their children.
